1. Aminophylline – This ingredient is said to help relax certain muscles, and there is some debate as to whether it can break down fat cell. Be careful as some reports have said that you need to keep this far from heat sources.

2. Retinoids – This cellulite lotion ingredient comes from Vitamin A and is very common in anti-wrinkle lotions. It basically will improve the thickness of your skin by increasing blood flow.

3. Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) – These ingredients are usually used to exfoliate the skin.
